My aim is not to solve people’s problems, but rather to assist with effective problem-solving. Individual counseling can improve or control symptoms that influence well-being, interpersonal relationships, parenting, and self-acceptance. My counselling techniques include but are not limited to relational pattern analysis, mindfulness, ACT, REBT, CBT, and hypnosis.
